A time to relax, chill and be pampered
Great food and service; the staff were exceptional and a credit to your company - they were always helpful, smiling, friendly and acknowledging you. The buffet breakfast was amazing.
The room needed to have a hair dryer; there was no bottle opener and the toilet paper was of poor quality; you shouldn’t have milk powder either. It does not look well when you aim to be a hotel of superior quality. You should have fresh, small milk cartons in every room for your guests.

Exceeded expectations with facilities and pool
Property was brand new. Facilities and staff were amazing, still some areas to be completed. Pool was great- will be better when massaging areas are completed
Room was clean, but needed some detailing around the property - lift, doors to room, shower screen
